ThemeForge provides a platform for creating, browsing, and downloading RGB lighting themes for Wooting keyboards. Our service includes:

• A curated collection of RGB themes
• AI-powered theme generation
• Theme management and favorites
• Download functionality for Wootility-compatible files

User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Abuse or overload our AI generation service
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of themes you generate. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display your themes for the purpose of providing the service.

Our Content

ThemeForge and its curated theme collection are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may download and use themes for personal use, but you may not redistribute, sell, or claim them as your own.

Trademarks

"Wooting" is a trademark of Wooting Technologies B.V. ThemeForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wooting.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI theme generation is powered by Claude (Anthropic). While we strive for quality, AI-generated themes may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated themes before use. We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

ThemeForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss (though we make reasonable efforts to prevent it)
• Damage to your keyboard or computer
• Quality or suitability of themes
• Third-party actions or content

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any) in the past 12 months.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after account termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
